Project Manager (Refits)

In this role you will be responsible for leading your team on budget, planning, scope and customer satisfaction on one or more projects.

The size of the project depends on the customer requirements and can have a runtime of 3 months to a year. You will plan the delivery according the yacht’s requirements. You will also act as a relations manager for both existing and new customers.

You will lead a team of technical professionals and work closely with colleagues from Sales, Purchase & Logistics. You report to the Team Leader Refits.

The projects are mainly based abroad, you need to be flexible regarding travelling.

What to bring?

• Bachelor degree in a Technical field;
• Experienced in running multiple projects at the same time;
• Knowledge or affinity with integration of high-end AV/IT Systems;
• Fluent in Dutch and proficiency in English;
• International travel flexibility and willingness to work for several weeks abroad;
• A winner’s mentality;
• Team player with a positive attitude;
• Knowledge or affinity with the yachting industry;
