As Service Coordinator you are the single point of contact for a group of yachts. You will advise your clients about the maintenance of their systems. We prefer to do that as part of a Service Level Agreement. The Service Coordinator and the client representative will plan onboard visits and remote maintenance of the systems. Also, you will help the client whenever he has a problem.
In the role of Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating sales and service activities. You also act as an account/sales manager for both existing and new customers. You are responsible for the functional management of Installers, Programmers, and IT engineers on board and provides instructions to colleagues from the Purchase and Logistics department. You will work from our office location in Amsterdam.
Also you will visit your clients whenever convenient and necessary.
