We’re proud to announce a new partnership between VBH and Nextworks, one of Italy’s most experienced and respected technology integrators.
As one of the leading hubs for yacht construction, refits, and seasonal cruising, Italy plays a key role in the superyacht world. This partnership expands our ability to deliver both Fleet Services and new build integration within this important region.
“Nextworks and VBH have long shared a mutual respect and a common approach to quality and innovation,” explains Gianluca Insolvibile, CTO at Nextworks.
Cristiano Bozzi, Commercial Director, reinforces the point: “With this official partnership, we can now deliver even more value — combining our expertise to support new build projects and offer fast, flexible service to yachts throughout Italy.”
This is more than a service partnership. It’s a strategic move for both companies to extend their growth into certain segments of the market.
In Italy, VBH will work closely with Nextworks to support larger superyachts by bringing advanced, owner-focused technology and deeper service coverage to one of the world’s most important yachting hubs. At the same time, Nextworks will work alongside VBH to explore opportunities in the Dutch market, particularly on smaller yachts (under 30 meters), where they bring strong experience and a proven track record.
This collaboration allows shipyards, owners’ teams, captains and crews access to expert support from two companies that understand both the complexity of technology and the pace of yachting. Whether at the build stage, during seasonal upgrades, or while the yacht is underway, experienced technicians can be deployed quickly to deliver upgrades, diagnostics, and system care, all to the highest standard.
When it comes to new builds, the partnership enables a seamless working relationship between two trusted integration teams — combining technical depth with a shared focus on smart, intuitive systems that deliver long-term value.
“This partnership brings together two teams that share the same mindset: high standards, seamless coordination, and long-term value for our clients,” says Peter Aarts, Managing Director of VBH France. “With Nextworks, we’re extending the reach of VBH Fleet Services and delivering smarter technology integration to the heart of Italian yachting.”
From Italy to the Netherlands, and from the earliest design phases to in-season support, VBH and Nextworks now offer clients a broader, more agile way to manage onboard technology — built on complementary strengths, grounded in experience, driven by innovation.
