We are pleased to announce that as of Friday 17th June, we, the current Management Team, acquired the shares in VBH from Pon Holdings through a management buyout.
Under the wings of Pon, the past few years VBH has improved and strengthened the organization across the board.
In addition, VBH has invested heavily in an innovative portfolio of technologies, products, and services with which VBH will serve the market in the coming years.
