At VBH we believe that besides hard work, it is also important to enjoy working together. Teamspirit is not only respecting and trusting each other, but is also having fun together. If it is travelling together and going out to dinner at a hard day of working, or if it is drinking an (0%) beer together at the friday afternoon drinks.
Every summer we organise a summer BBQ or event, and in the winter we gather around the christmas three for some food and drinks. We move together with an Padel tournament, we run marathons in Amsterdam, and hit the slopes in Austria. And ofcourse after every project we celebrate the good work together with the team.
