As a Junior System Engineer at VBH, you are the link between specialist who design and site managers who realize by creating engineering packages behind for the world's most advanced superyachts. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll create drawings that our engineers rely on.

Our clients expect the smoothest technology, often without ever noticing the complexity behind it. That means you'll need to think ahead, ask the right questions and sometimes solve problems that nobody anticipated.
No two projects are the same. One day you'll be developing system designs and technical drawings, the next you'll be discussing solutions with project teams or supporting colleagues during project execution.
Your Role
You don't need to know everything. You'll work alongside experienced System Engineers and technical specialist, gradually take ownership of your own projects.
There’s no single route into this role. You might come from AV, IT, or the theatre and live events industry. Maybe you've worked as an installer and want to take the next step into engineering. Or perhaps you've already gained experience in system design and are ready for a new challenge.
Most importantly, you're curious, analytical and enjoy working together to find the best solution.
