Inside Sales Representative

VBH is expanding its business in the yachting market. It especially targets the fleet of yachts that sail around the world. The portfolio of products and systems that we deliver to our clients consist of o.a. Audio Video & Control, IT, Communication & Security Systems.

We are searching for a sales support enthusiastic person who likes to interact with sales colleagues and clients in person, on the phone and email. You will be responsible for the support of sales of VBH services and products. You will operate in the sales team of Fleet Services and together with the Sales Manager and Service Coordinators you will propose various products and systems to our clients.

You will support our sales professional with proposals for example of IT & Cyber Security licenses, negotiate and close the contracts.

What will you do?

• You will promote and propose VBH products and services to colleagues and clients.
• Keep the administration up to date and maintain a high quality of the CRM system
• You will pro-actively keep yourself informed about upcoming sport & media events and find the best way for our customers to follow these. You will inform clients and colleagues about these upcoming events, with an exciting marketing campaign
• Cooperate with service coordinators concerning the approach of clients
• Act as point of contact for colleagues regarding the products & services portfolio
• Report to the Manager Sales Fleet Services

What to bring?

• Secondary education level 4 (MBO4) or higher
• Basic knowledge of IT systems
• Be passionate about your work
• Highly client-oriented and a flexible working attitude
• Stress resistant, driven and highly motivated
• Strong multi-tasking skills and research skills
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Living in or around Amsterdam
