The goal of VBH’s Quality Management System is getting the delivery performance to the highest possible level.  This means that our output will be predictable and that we deliver the correct Quality, on Time, against the correct integral Costs. Anything within our business operations, at suppliers, customers or other external stakeholders that interferes with this goal will be subject to investigation, conversation, and improvement.

With Quality we mean the level of control of the different variables within our company, with which we measure if we deliver what was promised. All human activities that can affect the predictability of our output need to be under control. Whether it concerns suppliers, employees, administration systems, business processes, or others, the goal is to bring the predictability of the organization to the highest possible level. This way of thinking is required throughout the company to get Quality, Logistics, Technology and Costs integrally under control.

The VBH Quality Management System consists of:

• A process landscape defining the company’s core processes.
• A project validation and verification process for New Build and Refit projects 
• A continuous improvement process utilizing QLTC methodology.
• A document management system for company-wide standards and policies

The start date is flexible. The internship will be at least 4 months, preferably 6 months. We are open for interns and graduation internships.  Your workplace will be our office in Amsterdam.

 The internship encompasses:

• Optimizing and finalizing the existing process landscape and investigations and advise on process management tooling and implementation.
• Set-up and implementation of a project validation and verification process for New Build and Refit projects, jointly with New Build, Fleet Service and Technology & Innovation departments.
• Investigations and advise on continuous improvement process and optimization of QLTC methodology.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for a student at HBO level in the direction of ‘’Technische bedrijfskunde’’ or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
• A personal interest or knowledge in Audio, AV/IT systems and integration of systems
• Driven and highly motivated
