As an IT Specialist, you'll configure, deploy and optimize the networks and IT environments behind some of the world's most advanced superyachts. Working alongside engineers, project teams and installation specialists, you'll ensure every system performs securely and reliably.

Our clients expect the same digital experience at sea as they do at home. That means networks must perform flawlessly, systems must be secure and problems must be solved before users ever notice them.
No two projects are the same. One day you'll be building network configurations and testing systems. The next you'll be commissioning a yacht, troubleshooting a complex issue or supporting project teams during delivery.
Your Role
As an IT Specialist, you're the technical expert behind the onboard IT infrastructure.
Working closely with System Engineers, Project Managers and installation teams, you'll design, configure and optimise the networks that keep some of the world's most advanced superyachts connected. From secure network infrastructures and wireless environments to firewalls and cybersecurity, you'll make sure every system performs reliably from installation through commissioning.
You'll be trusted to solve complex technical challenges, make technical decisions and continuously improve the quality of our onboard IT environments.
We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a practical, hands-on mindset.
