Junior Purchaser

We are looking for a Junior Purchaser who works independently and proactively. You are responsible for coordinating orders for installation material. We are looking for someone who is available for 4 hours a day so that the processes continue to run daily. In the future there may be opportunities to extend the working hours.

What will you do?

• Take requests for installation material (consumables) and place these orders with suppliers.
• Monitor the status of the orders and keep internal customers informed of the status
• Processing the orders in the ERP system (Navision 4ps construct)
• Check and approve consumable invoices
• Assisting project purchasers with purchasing activities.

What do you bring?

• MBO work and thinking level
• Command of the Dutch and English language
• Integrity, team player, numerical and accurate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
