As a Junior Sales Engineer, you play a key role in some of the most exciting AV/IT projects – from new-build superyachts to massive refits and long-term service contracts. You’re part of something big, working in a tech-driven, globally connected environment.

What will you actually be doing?

Translating client dreams (sometimes very complex ones) into technical specs that are clear, practical, and budgeted
Helping shape proposals and cost calculations for high-end international projects
Working closely with our engineering, sales management, logistics, and service teams
Spotting technical and commercial risks – and offering smart alternatives
Being part of tenders, client pitches, and high-stakes decision-making
Ensuring everything is crystal clear in our CRM and proposal systems

What we offer you:

A gross salary between €118,- and €4.296,- when working 40 hours a week - based on your current experience;
A company laptop and iPhone;
A travel allowance of €0.23 per km (travelling from home to work);
25 vacation days per year;
A annual profit sharing bonus;
We apply the M&T Technical Installation Industry Collective Agreement;

Your bring on board:

You’ve got a technical background in Engineering, AV/IT, or similar;
You are detail oriented and organized;
You're excited by AV/IT systems and the world of superyachts and high-end tech
You’re not afraid of complex calculations or tight deadlines – you stay focused and accurate;
Enjoy working in a team, but aren’t afraid to take initiative;
You communicate clearly and confidently (in both Dutch and English);
You’re collaborative, proactive and confident in taking responsibility.
