Als marketing specialist bij VBH Alchimia ben je een cruciale schakel in het uitdragen van onze (Digital) Marketing strategy. Je werkt nauw samen met het Alchimia team en onze prospects en klanten om brand awareness te creëren en het merk verder uit te dagen. Je bent een cruciale spil in de uitvoering van onze social mediastrategie, en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de Alchimia collectie en bespoke projecten. Je bent een teamspeler die deel uitmaakt van de Designers & Architecten Inspire Cycle D&A, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de continue vernieuwing en verbetering van onze marketing- en salesactiviteiten. Je bent een hands-on marketeer, die mee wil bouwen aan het VBH Alchimia merk!

Wat ga je doen?

• Deelname aan D&A Inspire Cycle: actief bijdragen aan brainstormsessies, ontwerpiteraties en de implementatie van innovatieve ideeën binnen het team;
• Ondersteuning Social Media Strategie: samenwerken met het team om onze aanwezigheid op social media te versterken door middel van creatieve en boeiende content die onze doelgroep aanspreekt.
• Ontwikkeling van Alchimia Collectie en Bespoke Projecten: ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van unieke stukken en collecties die de essentie van Alchimia weerspiegelen, met aandacht voor detail en originaliteit.
• Ondersteuning van overige werkzaamheden: assisteren bij diverse taken en projecten die bijdragen aan het succes en de groei van Alchimia, waaronder onderzoek, ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe technieken en materialen.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Bij voorkeur HBO bedrijfskunde/marketing en/of sales;
• Aantoonbare ervaring in de digitale business marketing;
• Uitstekende beheersing van gebruik van social media en verwante technologieën;
• Creatief denkvermogen met een sterk gevoel voor esthetiek en detail;
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwerkcapaciteiten;
• Passie voor kunst, (luxury) design en innovatie;
• Beschikbaarheid voor 32/40 uur per week (maar parttimers zijn ook welkom om te reageren)

Wat krijg je van ons?

• Een bruto salaris tussen de € 3.171,- en € 4.600,- bruto o.b.v. 40 uur per week (afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring);
• Een jaarlijkse winstdeling;
• Een reiskostenvergoeding a € 0,23 per km als je meer dan 10km enkele reis van kantoor Amsterdam woont;
• Mogelijkheid om (deels) thuis te werken;
• Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak;
• 25 verlofdagen per jaar;
• Wij vallen onder de cao M&T Technisch installatiebedrijf (inclusief pensioenregeling bij PMT)

As a marketing specialist at VBH Alchimia, you play a crucial role in implementing our (Digital) Marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Alchimia team, prospects, and clients to create brand awareness and challenge the brand further. You are pivotal in executing our social media strategy and contributing to the development of the Alchimia collection and bespoke projects. You are a team player within the Designers & Architects Inspire Cycle D&A, contributing to the continuous renewal and improvement of our marketing and sales activities. You are a hands-on marketer who wants to help build the VBH Alchimia brand!

What will you do?

• Participate in the D&A Inspire Cycle: actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, design iterations, and implementing innovative ideas within the team;
• Support Social Media Strategy: collaborate with the team to enhance our social media presence through creative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience;
• Develop Alchimia Collection and Bespoke Projects: design and develop unique pieces and collections that reflect the essence of Alchimia, with attention to detail and originality;
• Support other tasks: assist with various tasks and projects that contribute to Alchimia's success and growth, including research, development, and implementation of new techniques and materials.

What do you bring?

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing and/or sales;
• Proven experience in digital business marketing;
• Excellent command of social media and related technologies;
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and detail;
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities;
• Passion for art, (luxury) design, and innovation;
• Availability for 32/40 hours per week (part-timers are also welcome to apply).

• A gross salary between €3,171 and €4,600 based on a 40-hour work week (depending on your knowledge and experience);
