Wat ga je doen?

• Je stuurt dagelijks de projectmanagers, sitemanagers en technical project leaders aan;
• Je stelt de projectteams samen, en huurt waar nodig externe specialisten in;
• Je coördineert de projectwerkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in waar nodig;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de planning, en houdt proactief de budgetten en wettelijke eisen in de gaten;
• Je levert maandelijks de projectrapportages op
• Zowel tijdens als na afloop van het project evalueer je de voortgang en de resultaten;

Wat breng jij mee?

• Je hebt al ervaring als program manager;
• Certificering PRINCE2 is een pré;
• Je bent communicatief sterk, en bent ook de Engelse taal vaardig (we werken met internationale collega’s en contractors);
• Je hebt aandacht voor continu verbeteringen binnen processen;
• Je durft leiderschap te tonen, en initiatief te nemen

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the quality, results, and progress of project management. You provide structure to ensure the optimal execution of projects and continuously work on optimizing the associated processes. The types of projects within your responsibility vary, ranging from refit projects lasting 2 to 3 months to large new-build projects that can take up to 4 years.

What will you do?

• You will manage project managers, site managers, and technical project leaders on a daily basis.
• You will assemble project teams and hire external specialists when necessary.
• You will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and intervene when needed.
• You will be responsible for meeting the planning deadlines and proactively monitoring budgets and legal requirements.
• You will deliver monthly project reports.
• You will evaluate the progress and results both during and after the completion of the project.

What do you bring?

• You have experience as a program manager.
• PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• You are a strong communicator and proficient in English (we work with international colleagues and contractors).
• You have a focus on continuous improvement within processes.
• You are willing to show leadership and take initiative.
