Project Management Officer (24 -32 hours)

We are looking for someone who is responsible for planning and support in projects. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the operational planning. You will keep the professionals on the team well informed of planning changes and opportunities for optimization.

What are you going to do?

• In this position you are responsible for the overall resource planning
• Ensure an efficient match between the assignments and the available personnel
• Facilitate project meetings, collect information
• Monitor the progress of information flows and
• Administrative support for projects

What to bring?

• Secondary education level 4 or higher
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position in an international environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Dutch and English in speaking and writing
• Stress resistant, flexible working attitude, driven and highly motivated
• Service oriented and proactive
• Dedicated to the organization, amicable and creative
• Driver’s license B
• Affinity with the yachting industry
