As a Sales Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between our clients' ambitions and the engineering teams who bring them to life. You'll work on some of the world's most advanced Superyacht projects, turning complex customer requirements into clear technical proposals, cost calculations and practical solutions.
The Reality
Working in the Superyacht industry comes with high expectations.
Details matter. Accuracy matters. Timing matters.
Every proposal is the foundation of a successful project. You'll balance technical possibilities, budgets and customer expectations, while identifying risks before they become challenges.
No two enquiries are the same. One day you'll be preparing a proposal for a new-build superyacht, the next you'll be supporting a major refit or helping develop a long-term service solution.
Your Role
You don't need to have years of experience in technical sales, but you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and working with people.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll become part of a multidisciplinary team where engineering and commercial thinking come together. Working closely with System Engineers, Project Managers, Logistics and Sales Management, you'll translate customer ambitions into practical AV/IT solutions that are technically feasible, commercially sound and ready to become reality.
From the very first customer request, you'll help shape the technical direction of a project. You'll prepare quotations, cost calculations and technical proposals, while continuously balancing customer expectations, technical possibilities and project budgets. Along the way, you'll identify risks, propose smarter alternatives and make sure every proposal provides a solid foundation for the engineering team.
You'll be one of the first people to turn an idea into a project.
