We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient warehouse/workshop employee. In addition, you will regularly perform administrative purchasing tasks. In this role, you will work together with our colleague in the warehouse and with colleagues from the purchasing department. You are an important link in our organization. You will be partly responsible for ensuring that the correct parts needed for our projects are ordered on time, properly processed, and sent to the right destination (shipyard). Your eye for detail and efficient way of working ensure that the warehouse is always organized and processes run smoothly. Our office and warehouse are currently located in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, but we will be moving to Weesp this year.
Checking received goods against packing slips for both quantity and quality.
Monitoring the entire process of receiving, sorting, registering, and packaging goods with accuracy and care.
Efficient and accurate processing of packing slips.
Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and planning of outgoing shipments.
Handling transport bookings for outgoing shipments.
Inventory management.
Accurately maintaining administrative records.
Actively contributing to warehouse storage solutions and process improvements.
Supervising and assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks by third parties.
Performing basic administrative tasks related to purchasing.
Performing periodic maintenance and assembly of our products or equipment in the workshop.
Facilitating the flow of goods for our workshop and assisting where possible.
A gross salary between €2,484 and €3,206 based on 40 hours per week (depending on knowledge and experience);
A 32-hour work week;
8% holiday pay;
25 vacation days per year;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km if you live more than 10 km from our office, or a reimbursement of public transport costs (we are moving to Weesp this year);

A completed MBO-level education, preferably in logistics.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with preparing transport documentation.
Knowledge of customs, import, and export regulations is a plus.
A valid driver’s license (Category B) and a reach truck certificate.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills, a flexible work attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a reliable team spirit.
